I can tell this tool is already helping me to get clear on my standards and not compromising them for anyone or anything. I have literally been wishing someone would make a tool like this for YEARS but my executive dysfunction would never let me make it myself so this is like finding the answer to all my prayers lol.
Seriously worth the investment to get to know yourself better. I've been in therapy, I've done years and years of shadow/inner child work and have learned and grown a LOT but would still struggle finding myself always close to people who could not/would not meet my needs and standards but instead of just walking away I would STILL try to "make it work" and make excuses or try to "wait for them to change" etc. NOT ANYMORE.
If you find yourself always making the same mistakes, telling yourself you learned the lesson but continuing to be in relationship with people who show you they are incapable of or unwilling to meet your needs and standards of treatment and care, this tool makes it so much clearer to you that doing that hurts you, drains you, limits your potential, wastes your time and energy you could be investing in yourself and making your life beautiful. It has helped me put the writing on the screen all in one places where I can easily access it. Much harder to gaslight me out of my standards if I have each instance you've disrespected me and/or violated my boundaries and what that impact was on me clearly codified for my reference. Only wish I had found this sooner. Very much looking forward to using it in all my interpersonal relationships to remove the rose colored glasses of "potential" and see people's actions for what they are.

Just wish some of the answer boxes could be more open ended as not everything fits exactly!
Where has this been all my life! It helped me break things down. I needed this when I was being breadcrumbed by a man for a year. By the end I had such intense cognitive dissonance it made it difficult to get out of. I then realized he was a narcissist with a drug problem & what I experienced with him wasn’t my fault, because one red flag was him comparing me to his gay ex who he’s still friends with). The second was him walking paces ahead of me as if I didn’t exist & me leaving because I didn’t feel safe & my anxiety got triggered. I was visiting him in his city & was trusting him to lead. He flipped that moment on me & made me the problem. DARVO is a tell tale sign of no accountability taken. Be safe ladies. These men are broken & refuse to go to therapy for it. A lot of them will lie & pretend like they will or have been to therapy but don’t fall for it. Make sure their actions align with what they say.
I wish I had this 15 years ago in my 20s when I first started dating! But I don't know if I was mature enough to set and track and maintain my boundaries so ALAS, I ended up with a covert narc for 13 years. Now that I have this, I want to try this for every date that I go on in the future when I'm ready to get back in the game!
